Tilurð þessa vefs - SeeVatnajokull.net

Það var í Skaftafelli þann 7. júní árið 2008 sem þessi ferð byrjaði fyrir alvöru. Ég hafði áður velt fyrir mér að sniðugt væri ef svona vefur yrði settur upp um þjóðgarðinn, samfélagsvefur, fyrir almenning af ýmsu þjóðerni að setja inn sínar myndir, video og frásagnir frá heimsókn á svæðið. Það gæti orðið gott kynningarefni.

Þennan dag var Vatnajökulsþjóðgarður stofnaður formlega, og eftir ræðu umhverfisráðherra, formanns stjórnar garðsins og væntanlegs framkvæmdastjóra hans…
